Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Coastal Empire, Inc. is seeking a part-time Custodian to clean and sanitize federal sites, including restrooms and offices, at Fort Stewart/Hinesville, GA. Training will be provided, with on-site support from case managers and a 18-month training period.

You will perform cleaning duties, meet security requirements, and contribute to a safe work environment on federal locations. This role supports disability-inclusive hiring under AbilityOne.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet all required security clearances.
• Proof of disability letter acceptable from a doctor or licensed professional.
• Able to perform constant physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize buildings on a designated federal site, including restrooms, bathrooms, and offices.
• Report malfunctions or safety hazards to the Supervisor.
• Provide dusting and routine restroom, office, and classroom cleaning.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Complete related assignments as needed.

CUSTODIAN

Part Time Regular Service Workers 9 Ft Stewart_Hinesville, Hinesville, GA, US

Salary Range: $17.75 To $17.75 Hourly

• Case managers and Training Specialist onsite to assist with skill development
• We will provide you with a 18-month training position where we will provide you with FREE training, according to your training needs, and additional job placement.

Your Impact:

• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing a variety of buildings on a designated federal site, including but not limited to restrooms, bathrooms, and offices using established procedures and practices.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and report any malfunctions or safety hazards to the Supervisor.
• Provides other cleaning services, such as, dusting, routine restroom, office, and classroom cleaning.
• Committed to maintaining a safe working environment by always following safety procedures and requirements.
• Accomplishes organization mission by completing related assignments as needed.

Your Qualifications:

• Must be able to meet all required security clearances.
