Custodial/janitorial experience preferred. The physical demands include walking, standing for up to 4 hours without a break, repetitive hand and arm movements, lifting, bending, and reaching, including above shoulder height, and working with cleaning chemicals. The work involves interaction with customers and coworkers, lifting items weighing 5-20 pounds regularly, with occasional lifts up to 50 pounds. Moderate repetition of upper extremity movements and trunk twisting, bending, and pivoting are required. Exposure to allergens and outdoor seasonal weather may occur. Basic tools include cleaning supplies, baler, and compactor. Customer service experience in food service, restaurant, grocery, or retail is preferred.
