SBM is seeking a Custodian in Kennesaw, GA to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role includes janitorial tasks, hazardous waste handling, and operating cleaning equipment after training.

Work Mon-Fri, 3:00pm to 10:30pm, at $15–$16 per hour. No specific degree required; 3–6 months of training preferred. Benefits are offered, and opportunities for career growth exist within SBM.

Other duties may be assigned.* Perform janitorial duties* Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule* Perform Hazardous Waste responsibilities including collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping and receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging of special and hazardous waste.* Operate motorized cleaning equipment* Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area* Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor* Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures* Stop at risk behavior of others and self* Perform work assignments in a team with other employees* Perform repetitive tasks* Maintain clean work area* Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules* Take direction and respond to supervision* Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner* Fill in during staff shortage* Support shift lead in completing punch-list items* Use proper personal protective equipment* Present a professional appearance and conduct* Understand customer service and satisfaction* The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.* Understand reporting systems, and of the environment**Qualification**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
