Goodwill Industries of Central Texas is seeking a Part Time Mobile Custodian to travel to multiple retail stores in Fredericksburg, TX, providing dependable cleaning services and upholding high cleanliness standards.

This role requires reliability, teamwork, and strong attention to detail, with duties including sweeping, mopping, disinfecting restrooms, trash removal, and reporting safety hazards.

Competenze

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver license are required.
• Ability to travel across multiple locations.

Mansioni

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of retail stores.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakroom, and other common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Ensure that all surfaces are clean and free of debris.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Salary Range: $15.00 To $15.00 Hourly

As a Mobile Custodian, you will be an essential part of our team that travels to various retail stores throughout the week to provide top-notch cleaning services. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.

Role and Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in both a climate controlled and non-climate-controlled environment.

• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning such as walking, standing, bending, lifting and carrying for duration of shift.
• Ability to work with various cleaning tools and equipment.
