Job summary

Powerworks Industries, Inc. is seeking a Custodian at Ft. Benning to clean and maintain designated areas under the Ft. Benning Contract. You will support the Lead Worker and Supervisor in everyday cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities include restroom and office sanitation, floor care such as scrubbing, waxing, and mop-ups, trash removal, window cleaning, and restocking supplies. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 months custodial experience.

• Minimum 3 months custodial experience.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, and break rooms
• Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping
• Empty trash cans, clean windows, spot clean walls, and restock restroom supplies
• Application of advanced floor care techniques to the campus floor, as needed
• Top Scrub, strip, and wax hard floors
• Aid in all areas assigned
• All other duties as assigned

A Custodian with Powerworks Industries, Inc. (PWI) at Ft. Benning is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the assigned locations mandated by the PWI Ft. Benning Contract. He/she will clean and assist the Lead Worker and Supervisor in the cleaning and maintenance of all designated areas.

The Custodian responsibilities include, but are not limited to,

• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, and break rooms

Requirements Education & Experience High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); preferred Minimum 3 months of custodial experience
