QUALIFICATIONS:

Skilled in the maintenance of school district building facilities,equipment, and grounds relative to caring, cleaning,repairing and replacing

REPORTS TO:

Building Evaluator or designee

SUPERVISES:

None

JOB GOAL:

To be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all assigned areas ofthe site building plant, facilities, grounds and equipment

TERM:

Twelve (12) months

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete maintenance activities of building facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by head custodian, building evaluator, or custodial supervisor.
• Follow state, school board and school policies relative to the safety and security of buildings, equipment and supplies.
• Maintain and/or prepare equipment and supplies as necessary for various
