Pay Range

This range is provided by SBM Management Services, LP. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$13.00/hr - $14.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies)
• Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport waste to disposal areas)
• Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supplies)

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals, with a focus on safety and efficiency
• 3-6 months of training or experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience
