The Budd Group is seeking a Custodian/Utility Tech at William Peace College in Raleigh. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with duties that keep the campus clean and safe. You will handle heavy-duty upkeep, including floors, restrooms, and outdoor areas.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, pressure washing, moving furniture, and safely operating a campus golf cart. Applicants should have 1–3 years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional cleaning or related experience.
• Valid Driver's License required to operate on-site golf carts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and maintain physical endurance.

• Emptying indoor and outdoor trash receptacles around campus.

What You’ll Do

As our Utility Tech, you will handle the specialized, heavy-duty upkeep that keeps our college campus looking beautiful and running safely. Our Floor Technicians handle the projects that make a big impact. In this versatile role, your daily tasks as a campus Custodian will include:
