Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking a Custodian/Utility Tech at William Peace College in Raleigh. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with duties that keep the campus clean and safe. You will handle heavy-duty upkeep, including floors, restrooms, and outdoor areas.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, pressure washing, moving furniture, and safely operating a campus golf cart. Applicants should have 1–3 years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

1–3 years of professional cleaning or related experience.
Valid Driver's License required to operate on-site golf carts.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and maintain physical endurance.

Responsibilities

Sweeping, mopping stairwells, scrubbing floors, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms.
Emptying indoor and outdoor trash receptacles around campus.
Handling pressure washing for buildings, concrete walkways, storm drains, and ditches.
Moving furniture and helping with event setups and breakdowns.
Operating a campus golf cart safely to transport tools and materials.
