Job Description: Custodian at SBM Management Services, LP

Join SBM Management Services, LP as a Custodian! We are seeking a hardworking, dependable individual to join our growing team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through various cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Pay Range

Base pay ranges from $15.50/hr to $16.50/hr. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience. Discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Responsibilities

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass/mirrors/windows, polishing metals and wood, cleaning blinds and draperies)
• Waste removal (emptying trash and recycling bins, transporting waste to disposal areas)
• Light maintenance (replacing light bulbs, restocking supplies)

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, manuals, and procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals, with a willingness to share expertise with the team
• No specific education required; 3-6 months of training or experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm - 6:00 am
