Job summary

Saint John Paul II Academy - High School is seeking a full-time Custodian to support the cleanliness and upkeep of its facilities. The role reports to the Principal and Facilities Manager, focusing on daily cleaning, supply management, and equipment maintenance.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of custodial experience, preferably in a school setting. A Texas driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, classrooms, and all assigned areas daily.
• Clean and maintain restroom facilities and water fountains daily.
• Remove trash and manage disposal per local regulations.
• Maintain inventory of custodial supplies and report shortages.
• Move furniture and materials as required for cleaning or events.
• Attend trainings and school/parish events as directed by Principal or Facilities Manager.

Saint John Paul II Academy - High School is seeking to hire a full-time Custodian. The Custodian will report to the school Principal and Facilities Manager, and is responsible for cleaning school facilities, managing and ordering cleaning supplies, and the upkeep of equipment.The list of duties below reflects the general details considered necessary to describe the primary functions of the job identified and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be inherent in the job.Ministerial Character:The Diocesan Bishop is the visible principle and foundation of unity in the particular Church (“the Diocese”) entrusted to him.
