Job summary

ATC Automation in Cookeville, TN is seeking a full-time Custodian to maintain clean and orderly conditions of the offices, assembly floor, restrooms and shop buildings.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, operating cleaning machines, restocking supplies, and supporting special events. A competitive benefits package is included.

• Maintain Records - Cleaning checklist, cleaning supply inventory.
• Provides assistance for special events.
• Maintains building performing minor or routine repairs.
• Assists in general shop and assembly building clean ups.

ATC Automation is seeking a full-time, direct hire Custodian to join our team in Cookeville, Tennessee. In this role, you will maintain clean and orderly conditions of the offices, assembly floor, restrooms and shop buildings.

How You'll Contribute

• Work schedule outside of normal first shift hours may be required.
• Responsibility for securing and enabling building alarm may be required.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Physical Demands

• Maintains a clean and professional appearance in accordance with company policies.
• Stand, walk, kneel, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor in a safe manner.
• Exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
• Exert 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently.
• Exert 5 to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• VISUAL ACUITY: Normal vision with or without accommodation.
• HEARING ABILITY: Normal.

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
• High noise levels from operation machines.
• Physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts.
• Breathing exposure to fumes, dust and mist.
