CUSTODIAN
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor
FLSA Designation: Non-Exempt
WAGES: Begin at $17/hr
SIGNING BONUS: A signing bonus in the amount of $2,500 for full-time (37.5+hrs/week) contracted custodians, and $1,250 for part-time (under 37.5hrs/week) contracted custodians will be offered to all new hires. The bonus will be payable in two installments: The first payment will be in the amount of $1000 (FT) or $500 (PT) and will payable on the first payday after the custodian has completed 3 months of work. The second payment will be in the amount of $1,500 (FT) or $750 (PT) payable the first payday at the conclusion of the employee's six-month probationary period.
