Job summary

Snake River Middle School in Blackfoot, Idaho is hiring a part-time custodian to perform general cleaning and maintenance under the supervision of the principal and custodial supervisor.

This 20-hour-per-week position runs 4:00-9:00 p.m. at the Building location, with duties including cleaning, maintaining equipment, and assisting with custodial tasks.

Starting August 10, 2026; wage is $16.00 per hour; open until filled.

Qualifications

• General cleaning and maintenance in school buildings
• Must be dependable
• Training on cleaning procedures and supplies will be provided
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience is helpful

Responsibilities

• Performs related duties and general maintenance work as required
• Support cleaning and custodial tasks after school hours
• Ensure equipment is maintained in functional condition
• Lift up to 50 pounds when needed
• Provide cleaning procedure training as needed
