Venice Toyota seeks a dependable Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff at our dealership in Venice, FL. You will clean showrooms, offices, and service areas, ensuring sanitary restrooms and common spaces while adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires good physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Prior custodial experience is a plus, and employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 40 lbs), and perform physical tasks.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Availability to work nights and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, customer lounges, offices, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces throughout the dealership.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners regularly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and display areas.
• Refill paper products, soap dispensers, and other supplies as needed.
• Assist with cleaning service bays, parts areas, and outdoor walkways when necessary.
• Notify management of any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning duties.
• Follow all dealership policies, safety procedures, and cleaning protocols.
