• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the warehouse
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, and office areas regularly

• Maintain waste bins and recycling receptacles, ensuring timely removal
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance requests to leadership
• Monitor and replenish inventory levels of cleaning supplies
• Organize and store cleaning equipment and materials
• Assist with setup and cleanup for warehouse events or meetings
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy, and quality of work

Job Summary

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment within the warehouse facility. This role involves routine cleaning, waste management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Custodians utilize an eye for detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness to perform physical tasks efficiently.
