Job summary

Reno County Government seeks a part-time janitorial team member to keep Reno County buildings neat and orderly. You will observe for needed repairs and promptly report them to maintenance technicians, supporting the full-time crew as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), 18+ years, at least 1 year of experience, background and fingerprint checks, and a valid Kansas driver’s license. Compensation within range is based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Minimum 1-year previous experience desired.
• Shall be a US citizen or Non-US citizen that must be able to perform the work in or for the United States.
• Shall be at least 18 years of age.
• Shall be screened for a record of criminal activity and criminal history using a named-based record check before employment is offered or before job duties are assigned that might expose them to KCJIS-sensitive information.
• Shall be screened for a record of criminal activity and criminal history using a fingerprint-based check within 30 days after initial employment or assignment and before unconditional employment is offered.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Kansas driver's license.
