Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly by performing heavy cleaning tasks.
• Collects and disposes of trash following procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors and cleans surfaces.
• Moves furniture for cleaning and returns it to place.
• Sanitize all surfaces following eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinish floors.
• Performs tasks per supervisor directions.
