Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas in San Jose, CA. This role focuses on janitorial duties, daily scheduling, and safe operation of cleaning equipment.

The ideal candidate has 3-6 months of experience or training, with strong communication skills and the ability to follow safety protocols. May require a driver's license and forklift certification in some cases.

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A valid driver's license may be required; forklift certification may be required.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bilingual a plus; read and interpret instructions; strong verbal and written communication; knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; upkeep of cleaning equipment; knowledge of cleaning chemicals.

Responsabilités

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
