Didlake, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces across our facilities in Arlington, VA. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, follow safety guidelines, and support our mission of providing meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with colleagues in a team-focused environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with a per-hour wage of $17.97.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to interact respectfully with employees with disabilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Aufgaben

• Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, corridors, lobbies, and other areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces as required.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and recyclables to disposal areas.
• Replenish janitorial supplies and follow Didlake policies.
• Produce consistent, high-quality work and complete required training.
