Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience or combination of education and experience equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors and visitors
• Job-related technical knowledge to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable statutes and guidelines
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work

Responsibilities

• Lead custodial team and supervise cleaning and maintenance of buildings per project procedures and specifications
• Prepare project reports and contribute to estimates by identifying activities, status and performance
• Develop knowledge of Operations & Maintenance programs and apply standard practices
• Execute crew deployment schedules and ensure equipment availability and proper maintenance
• Maintain current technical knowledge of systems and equipment relevant to custodial services
• Perform additional duties as assigned
