Compass Group USA, ESFM division, is seeking a full-time Lead Janitor at 870 Hog Hollow Road, Maryland Heights, MO 63146. This role supervises custodial staff, oversees cleaning operations, and trains team members. A background in supervisory and janitorial work is required, with multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• Supervisory and janitorial experience required.
• Ability to train and supervise custodial staff.
• Knowledge of safety and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conducts classroom and hands-on training on safety and company policies.
• Conducts one-on-one training as needed.
• Updates and trains on janitorial equipment and chemical usage/safety.
• Copies training material and revises as needed; handles admin tasks.
• Reviews trainee records and provides feedback during orientation.
• Performs monthly safety performance reviews and inspections.
