Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is hiring a Janitorial Lead in a manufacturing setting. This Monday–Friday role (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) focuses on supervising custodial operations, leading a team, and ensuring cleaning standards meet client expectations.

On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for career growth. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, proven leadership, time-management skills, and clear communication with clients and staff.

Qualifications

1+ years of supervisory experience in related field.
Experience managing custodial operations.
Proven experience motivating and training staff.
Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and achieve effective time management.
Strong service/quality mindset.
Proven computer skills.

Responsibilities

Lead an assigned building/area.
Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times.
Assist in planning, organizing, directing and supervising department functions.
Enforce custodial workflow to meet standards.
Maintain effective communication with client and facility personnel to ascertain needs.
Promote company culture, values and management philosophy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
