Aramark is seeking a Custodial Services Lead Worker to clean and maintain assigned areas and supervise or delegate tasks within the cleaning operation. The role focuses on safety, cleanliness, and meeting client standards.

The hourly compensation ranges from $16.50 to $28.93, depending on location and qualifications. The position involves leading a custodial team, adhering to safety procedures, and reporting maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial field.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily tasks to a custodial team and lead task completion.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following OSHA/state/federal/Aramark rules.
• Keep areas clean and orderly to protect health and safety.
• Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment.
• Clean assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards.
• Handle trash disposal and transport to designated areas.
• Report maintenance concerns via work orders.
• Secure facilities and manage access as required.
• Protect company assets.
