Nawa Professional Services in Kalamazoo, MI is hiring a part-time Custodian/Janitor to lead a custodial team and perform cleaning duties. The role runs Monday and Thursday evenings, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM, totaling 16 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and a background in custodial work, including floor care, with the ability to pass a background check and drug test. A valid US work authorization and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have previous supervisory or leadership experience, custodial experience, and floorcare experience.
• Availability: must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check with no pending or past criminal charges and a drug test (including for THC).
• 18 years of age or older with valid ID, authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trash.
• Cleaning restrooms, common areas, and other areas of building.
• Lift, move, and rearrange furniture and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful presence while working.
• Deliver quality results while meeting cleaning standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Nawa Professional Services is hiring dependable and detail oriented part-time Custodian/Janitor in Kalamazoo, MI. This position involves providing high-quality cleaning services and is ideal for someone who values attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
