Position: Custodial Supervisor RecSports at SSC

Job Summary

The Custodial Supervisor at Texas A&M University oversees building cleanliness and maintenance, communicates continuously with occupants, and manages staff to meet standards and policies. Responsibilities include:

  1. Establishing and reviewing work standards and procedures
  2. Directing safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs while maintaining client relationships
  3. Ensuring client and customer satisfaction and managing costs effectively
  4. Promoting staff development and coaching
  5. Coordinating tasks with supervisory and management teams
  6. Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic, drive, and customer service focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership, supervisory, and coaching skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills preferred
