Job description

The Schuylkill Valley School District has an anticipated vacancy for a full-time Custodial Supervisor - Maintenance, with a minimum rate of pay of $18.38/hour. This supervisory position requires:

1. At least five years of custodial/general maintenance experience.
2. Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and facilities disciplines.
3. The ability to operate various custodial/maintenance equipment.
4. Strong supervisory skills, including leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
5. The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to new methods and technologies, such as web-based HVAC controls.
6. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others and a good attendance record.
