The role emphasizes safe operations, contract compliance, and delivering quality customer service to government and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have at least one year in custodial and supervision, experience with government customers, basic PC skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in custodial services.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience dealing with government personnel/customers on contracted services.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word).
• Ability to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• Strong writing and verbal communication and people skills.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass state or federal background screenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in oversight and management of assigned governmental contracts.
• Safely oversee duties as detailed in the PWS or other contracted services.
• Provide quality customer service to customers at all times.
• Travel to various locations as needed; comply with safety and screening requirements.
