Job summary

Saber Building Services is seeking a dependable Custodian for a professional office facility in Royal Oak, near West 4th Street and Woodward Avenue. The role focuses on keeping a clean and polished environment for staff and visitors.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM, with pay at $16 per hour. You will perform general cleaning, restroom sanitation, trash duties, dusting, and floor care, working independently to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial cleaning of offices and restrooms.
• Able to wear and use a backpack vacuum.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial cleaning throughout assigned areas.
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners.
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, ledges, and high-touch surfaces.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep or mop hard-surface floors.
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean, orderly facility.
