Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a janitor to maintain clean, organized and disinfected workplaces across multiple facilities in the United States. The role involves cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas, with responsibilities for trash, supplies, and safety compliance.

The candidate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and will work in a fast-paced environment, following safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in janitorial duties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators and stairs.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office equipment and phones; clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Clean windows and mirrors; empty trash and recycling; manage cleaning supplies inventory and report shortages to supervisors.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift.
