Job summary

Central Insurance is seeking a Custodial Specialist for an onsite role in Van Wert, OH. The position requires maintaining a clean and orderly facility and supporting a superior guest experience through dependable custodial service.

You will follow all company policies and procedures, work a 7:00am–3:30pm shift with a 5‑day/4‑day alternating schedule, totaling 75 hours every two weeks. Full-time, hourly compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Must be on feet 100% of the time.
• Able to work on stairs and climb ladders.
• Can lift up to 30 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and clear verbal/written communication.

Your duties will include ensuring the facility is in world-class condition from the perspective of cleanliness and orderliness. Our custodial group consists of individuals who are empowered to decide how to perform their duties best to achieve the exceptional level of service we desire.

Shift hours: Current 7:00am - 3:30pm

This position follows an alternate 5-day/4-day work schedule. Employees work Monday through Friday one week and Monday through Thursday the following week, with every other Friday off. This full-time schedule totals 75 hours per two-week pay period and provides an extended weekend every other week.
