Job summary

Goodwill Northern New England is seeking a site supervisor in Hanover, NH to oversee daily services at the designated contractual site and assist the supervisor in directing staff. The role focuses on coordinating personnel and supervising employees on site in the supervisor's absence.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant experience, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in a position involving comparable responsibility.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of classified information.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to handle strenuous physical activity, including infrequent heavy lifting.
• Valid driver’s license permitting operation of a vehicle in the State of Maine, New Hampshire, or Vermont as applicable; safe driving record.
• A criminal background check that meets Agency standards.
