Job Description

The Custodial Services Lead Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction. This role may involve oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the cleaning services operation. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily work to custodial team members and oversee task completion
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment, complying with OSHA, local, state, federal, and company regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe environment to promote health and safety
• Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment accurately
• Clean assigned areas according to Aramark and client standards
• Properly store and dispose of trash, transporting it to designated areas
• Report maintenance issues via work orders to appropriate personnel
• Secure the facility by locking/unlocking as required
• Protect company assets and ensure security
