Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our casino resort housekeeping operations. You will oversee staffing, training and quality standards to ensure a pristine guest experience.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety compliance, and collaboration with other departments to maintain efficient service levels in a busy hospitality setting in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Three (3) years of experience in housekeeping management and Executive.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Handle personnel-related matters including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, counseling, and discharging staff.

• Coordinate scheduling and assign employees in alignment with business needs.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns.
• Prepare and distribute assignments.
• Inspect and approve cleaning of all assigned areas; review status of assignments and follow-up as needed.
• Check all cleaning aids and equipment to ensure proper working order and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/orlicenses.
