Qualifications

• Prior custodial experience is required.
• Experience in a supervisory or related role preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and follow safety procedures around hazardous chemicals.

• Adaptable to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to a custodial team and leads all aspects of task completion.
• Adheres to procedures for a safe working environment, including OSHA/state/local/federal regulations and Aramark rules.
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to promote safety and health.
• Cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Secures the facility, ensuring doors are locked/unlocked as required and assets are protected.
• Supports overall operations to meet client needs and company standards.
