Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years custodial experience with at least one year supervisory experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial work and crew chiefs, maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and efficiency.
• Ensure all positions are covered during vacations or illnesses.
• Responsible for the Custodial Services Division in the absence of the Custodial Services Manager.
• Evaluate performance of custodial staff and assist with disciplinary actions.
• Routinely inspect custodial work areas and address complaints or concerns.
• Conduct safety meetings.
• Coordinate and oversee crew with stripping and waxing duties.
• Assist with equipment replacement and maintenance and with the division budget.
