Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months experience/training in custodial equipment operation.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a criminal history background check.
• Able to push/pull/lift/carry up to 150 pounds regularly.
• Shift work and working alone may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodics services (floor care, windows, etc.) in accordance with division standards.
• Provide site coverage in the absence of supervisors and/or employees within Custodial Services.
• Coordinate periodics services to meet contract specifications.
• Provide service for additional/special requests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
