Capital Management Services (CMS) is seeking dependable custodial staff to maintain two office locations in the Amherst/Williamsville area. The role offers multiple staffing options, including full-time and part-time schedules, with coverage Monday through Saturday and no Sunday work.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas; restocking supplies; and ensuring a clean, sanitary work environment.

• Monitor supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Respond to spills and cleaning needs as they arise.

Custodial / Office Cleaning Staff

Amherst/Williamsville, NY | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Evening & Saturday Hours

Capital Management Services (CMS) is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Custodial / Office Cleaning Staff to maintain our two professional office locations in the Amherst/Williamsville area.

Both offices are located within the same corporate office park. We are looking to add multiple team members and are open to several staffing arrangements, including multiple part-time employees or a combination of one full-time and one part-time employee.

Available Hours

Cleaning coverage is needed during the following hours:

Monday–Friday

• 12:00 PM–7:00 PM

Saturday

• 12:00 PM–5:00 PM

No Sundays

Applicants do not necessarily need to work every available hour. We are open to creating schedules for multiple part-time employees to ensure all required hours are covered.

Full-time opportunities may also be available for candidates who can work the majority of the required schedule.

Responsibilities

Custodial staff will be responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and professional office environments across our two locations.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing offices, common areas, break rooms, and workspaces
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs
• Sweeping and mopping hard-surface floors
• Wiping and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
• Cleaning tables, counters, sinks, and other common-area surfaces
• Maintaining break rooms and kitchen areas
• Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and notifying management when additional supplies are needed
• Cleaning entrances and other high-traffic areas
• Responding to spills or other cleaning needs as they arise
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance throughout both office locations
• Completing assigned cleaning tasks thoroughly and consistently

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular physical activity associated with commercial office cleaning, including:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, reaching, and kneeling
• Repetitive cleaning movements
• Pushing or pulling cleaning equipment
• Lifting and carrying cleaning supplies, trash, and other materials
• Ability to safely perform routine custodial duties throughout the scheduled shift
