Job description

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Salary: $63,044.80 annually

Location: Irving, TX.

Requirements:

  • Individuals must have reached the age of 18 or older to qualify
  • Bilingual in two or more languages, with English being one of those languages
  • A pre-employment drug screen is required for some of our accounts, and a criminal background check is mandatory as well.
  • Be able to comply with a fingerprint clearance
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license/good driving record
  • Able to lift up to 40lbs.
  • High School diploma or higher
  • Experience in a mobile management role
  • Prefer experience working with a diverse population
  • 5 years supervisory/management experience in a commercial cleaning or similar environment
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft technology.
  • Able to supervise 40+ employees

Job Duties:

  • Provide training to employees on their designated job responsibilities to ensure proficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Perform safety audits and lead safety training sessions to promote a secure work environment.
  • Manage all aspects of customer engagement, with a focus on delivering high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identify high-potential employees and mentor them to cultivate future leadership within the organization.
  • Assign tasks to team members and verify completion and quality of work to ensure alignment with company expectations.
  • Address employee concerns directly or escalate them to the Account Manager when necessary.
  • Investigate customer complaints, conduct follow-up calls, document outcomes, respond to work tickets, and present recommended action plans to the Account Manager.
  • Conduct regular building inspections to uphold service quality that meets or exceeds both customer and company standards.
  • Ensure adherence to and enforcement of all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain schedule flexibility and be available for emergency response as needed; a personal vehicle is required.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior management experience in janitorial services is preferred.
