Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Custodial Manager to develop and execute custodial solutions in overnight-stay locations, ensuring cleanliness and appearance in accordance with facility standards.

The role involves leading teams, ensuring compliance with infection prevention, safety, OSHA, Joint Commission, and client regulations, and aligning resources to client needs. The position may involve changing duties as required to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in custodial operations.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is required.
• 1–3 years of related experience, including experience in a management role, is required.
• Previous experience managing union team members is required.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
