Job description

Performs custodial maintenance duties, including dusting, mopping, finishing and buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, cleaning and restocking restrooms. Works in cooperation with school administration to address facility emergencies, needs, and regular maintenance, including the monitoring of a facility maintenance log.

Minimum Job Requirements
• At least three years experience
• Some management experience preferred.

Distinguishing Characteristics
Position requires: a) use of power equipment to buff and restore floors and shampoo carpets; b) regular and routine dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash and cleaning restrooms; and c) routine maintenance to custodial equipment.
