Job summary

Stulz Gmbh is seeking a maintenance/housekeeping associate to clean interior and exterior areas, restock supplies, and maintain the plant grounds. The role requires forklift certification and the ability to read and understand English, plus effective communication with staff.

Candidates should have a GED or high school diploma and basic math skills. Other duties may include following schedules and updating maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions.
• Ability to speak effectively with employees.
• Possess basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide) using whole numbers and fractions.

Responsibilities

• General household cleaning of the interior and exterior of the building.
• Restocking of supplies.
• Maintain company grounds inside and outside of plant.
• Follow maintenance schedule in timely manner.
• Maintain and upgrade maintenance library as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
