The Facilities Division seeks qualified individuals to join our custodial maintenance team. We support numerous facilities across the city, including community centers, pools, education centers, and rental facilities. This union-represented position emphasizes excellent customer service, safety, and public enjoyment of our parks and facilities.
Minimum: One year of experience in general labor involving maintenance of public facilities; valid Washington driver’s license.
Desired: Two years of large-scale cleaning experience, one year of floor care, familiarity with cleaning tools and chemicals, computer skills, and strong customer service orientation.
