Job summary

Imperial Beverage, a Michigan family-owned beverage distributor, seeks a dedicated Custodian for our Kalamazoo warehouse. This full-time role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized facility and supporting general upkeep to help our team operate smoothly.

Shifts run Monday–Friday from 1:00pm–9:00pm or until tasks are done. Pay ranges from $17 to $21 per hour, with benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth within our company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform general upkeep tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
• Assist with routine maintenance and light repairs as needed.

The minimum compensation for this role is listed below; pay will be determined based on experience:

$17 - $21 hour

Eat. Sleep. Clean. Repeat: Our Custodian works full-time, Monday-Friday from 1:00pm-9:00pm or until all the main cleaning responsibilities are done for the day. We take great pride in hiring Custodians who can handle the hard work, take initiative, and work great with other employees.

A Day in the Life

• Arrive to the warehouse on time and ready to work

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
