Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a senior custodial operations lead at a U.S. government site in Warrenton, OR. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and involves preparing reports, deploying crews, and ensuring equipment operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to perform custodial operations and site management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project reports and contribute to project estimates by identifying activities, status, and performance.
• Develop working knowledge of Operations & Maintenance programs and apply standard practices.
• Complete work by implementing crew deployment schedule in assigned area of responsibility.
• Assist in ensuring operation and availability of equipment by evaluating quantity and quality and reporting actions to management.
• Maintain technical knowledge by keeping current on available systems and equipment for custodial services.
• Lead custodial team and ensure Fluor quality standards are met.
