SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee daily cleaning operations and provide direction to custodial staff. The role includes equipment operation, inventory management, and ensuring safety and quality across assigned sites.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience. CPR/AED/First Aid certification is expected; a valid driver’s license may be needed.
The Custodial Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and provides some work direction to custodial staff.
To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.

Education and/ or Experience: High school diploma / GED required. At least 1-year related experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CPR/AED/First Aid certification . A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use

Monday-Friday :6:00am-2:30pm $16.50-$17.50 per hour
