Location: Multiple Account Locations across the Richmond and outlining counties.

Schedule: Evening Shifts 4:00 pm to 1000 pm (Some Weekends & Holidays maybe required)

Salary based position of: 52k Annually | Bi-Weekly pay schedule

The Kleane Kare Team, Inc. is seeking a strong and experienced Custodial (Evening) Area Supervisor to lead custodial operations across multiple sites. If you're passionate about team leadership, operational excellence, and creating safe, clean environments, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead custodial staff across various locations, ensuring daily cleaning operations meet performance standards and safety protocols.
• Act as a Working Supervisor by performing hands-on cleaning and operational tasks alongside your team while maintaining leadership and administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines, company policies, and the company's Green Cleaning Plan.
• Manage inventory, maintain cleaning equipment, and oversee supply distribution and procurement.
• Conduct regular site inspections, track staff performance, and assist in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating employees.
• Monitor time and attendance, prepare performance reports, and maintain administrative and compliance records.
• Work hands-on with staff as a "working supervisor" to model high standards and ensure service quality.
• Serve as the primary client contact, addressing service concerns promptly and professionally.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in custodial or facilities management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Experience in healthcare and commercial custodial cleaning, including infection control protocols.
• Proficiency in floor care equipment and cleaning processes, with technical knowledge of custodial methods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with diverse employee staff.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Willingness to work with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
