Job summary

Academies of Math and Science seeks a dependable Day Porter to maintain cleanliness and basic repairs across campus, including classrooms, gym, and common areas. You will stock supplies, manage safety in line with SDS rules, and support event setup while ensuring secure facilities.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of school environment cleaning experience, and the ability to work in a team and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess all areas of the school and clean as necessary.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and clean rooms and bathrooms.
• Set up rooms for meetings and events; assist with daily cafeteria setup.
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks and notify management of major repairs.
