Job Purpose: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, providing work direction to custodial staff, and ensuring high-quality custodial services at all customer facilities. The role requires minimal supervision and positive interaction with clients, staff, and customers.

Qualifications

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate safe work habits and observe all safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment.
• Perform janitorial duties to meet customer/contract requirements.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Custodial Manager and Supervisors.
• Maintain records such as inventories, checklists, and inspections.

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 4 months to 1 year as a custodian.
• Attendance: Maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
• Licenses: Driver's License with a clear record.
• Vehicle: Daily use of a vehicle required.
