Job summary

PCSI in El Paso, TX seeks a Janitor Crew Leader to assist the PM and APM in maintaining high standards at the facility. The role is based in El Paso with an afternoon shift from Thursday to Monday, 2:30pm–11:00pm, reporting to the project manager.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, quality control of restrooms, and ensuring timeliness and safety procedures are followed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory janitorial experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM and APM to maintain high standards of facility quality.
• Monitor, train, and motivate employees.
• Inspect restrooms for cleanliness and quality checks.
• Ensure projects follow processes for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Verify employee clock-in times and coverage at all stations.
• Document issues and coordinate corrective actions with management.
